Without love one may feel that there is something missing and that one's life is not fulfilled until they have experienced love for themselves. The people the song are referring to are the ones who want to find someone who can always be there for them and that truly care about them always. In the song when it says, " the way your hand feels around my waist, the way you laugh, the way your kisses taste" it is saying how love can make one feel a sense of belonging. Since that person may end up being that person's one true, they would then have someone to be there for them and would feel lonely anymore.
